If the buyer and seller use Paypal for the payment for the transaction its already covered.
Contact Paypal if you did not receive your item or item is not as described.
New feature installed Sellers Credit, send payments direct from buyers account to the seller.
Don't receive your item, get your money back, Contact Movie Marketplace Support.

(3) What payment methods are allowed on Movie Marketplace.

Many payment methods are available between the buyer and seller.
Seller's option is available in listings.

(4) As a seller, Do i have to offer free post.
Absolutely not you can use any carrier you wish, you will not be penalized in any way.

(5) Will Movie Marketplace hold payments to sellers' sales.

Absolutely not, payments are between the buyer and seller.

(6) Can I advertise my website on my listings and store.
Yes you can, But only on your store page and not your individual listing, abuse of this will have listing cancelled.

(7) What can I Sell on Movie Marketplace
Anything Movie related can be bought or sold provided its legal in Australia, with the exemption of xxx Rated movies which are not allowed.
Rated R or 18+ can be sold in the Adult move section of the website, Movie Marketplace is family orientated.
Mod Discs Dvd-R also known as Manufactured on Demand or Public Domain are allowed as long as the listing states it.
As well as digital movies that are in the public domain.

(8) Do i need to open a store to sell on Movie Marketplace.
Yes you do, Free or paid store available.

(9) Can i Sell downloadable products,
Yes, you can, Movie Marketplace supports downloadable digital products.
Can be selected when listing an item and offers a download button for the end user once the payment has been approved.

(11) How do i list a digital download movie.
In the Listing Details (Create Listing) section, click on Select Files to add Digital Downloads.
Important: movie files are large and will not upload on our server as we have set limits.
To have your movie available for instant download, create and thank you page (pdf) file with details of the purchase and a link to your own
hosting file server like google drive. Once the sale is done buyer will receive the pdf file instantly in the buyer account and can download the product from the link
onto their device. It is recommended to download file on to pc as it have more space for downloads.
Direct Payment (PayPal, WorldPay, etc) method will automatically activate all Digital Downloads associated with a sale.
Note: Allowed extensions: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt, zip, tar, gz, exe, pdf.

(12) In the event i sell a product that may infringe trademark or copyright of another entity what process handling does Movie Marketplace take.
Movie Marketplace take's trademark and copyright violations very seriously. Movie Marketplace will not remove your product, or service without first notifying you. Our approach is to avoid conflict and false misrepresentation of origin. All notifications from rights owners must be in writing with their paperwork showing ownership and copyright and uploaded to our support desk. Movie Marketplace understand that there are thousands of movies now in the public domain as such cannot determine what is or not in the public domain. Therefore, sellers who sell (MOD) manufactured on demand movies on DVD-R must state it in the listing.

(13) Why do you charge to use your website as others are free.
Many sites that have opened up that offer free service have either closed down or fill your inbox with spam and junk mail and target you adds, and that's how they fund their site.
Costumer service, server, hosting, software and updates needs to paid for, a stable and reliable service comes at a cost, even that said Movie Marketplace has the fairest final value fees around when it comes to selling movies.

(14) Gst and how does it work on Movie Marketplace
All Account and service fees on Movie Marketplace is now shown with Gst.

All sales of items on our website include Gst by law. Sellers are responsible for Gst reporting for local or international sales.
Movie Marketplace does not collect Gst, Vat, and Taxes from sales to forward on to relevant tax departments in Australia or overseas.

(15) Do i need a ABN number to sell on Movie Marketplace
It is not required from our end and we do not ask for it. However it is the sellers responsibility to abide by the tax laws in their country.

(16) Are international buyers and sellers able to use Moviemarketplace.com.au.
Yes they are and are welcome. All pricing in Australian Dollars Only.

(17) If i sell a certain amount, do you forward that information to the Tax office.
No we do not, no information is given at all to any government department about our buyers and sellers.

(18) I signed up for an account, but my verification email has not arrived in my inbox.
(A) Please check that Movie Marketplace is on your safe senders list.
(B) That the email did not go into your spam folder.
(C) If you are currently using a yahoo Gmail, or any other free email account you may not receive the verification email all big tec are blocking and sending mail from small business to spam. We have a solution for this as we have our own dedicated mail server to use with our services - moviemail.com.au.
